- Returns for Orders / Special Orders are subject to approval by HY Jewelry Erbil’s management.
Local Orders:
- Customers within our local area enjoy a complimentary return process.
- HY Jewelry Erbil will cover the return delivery charges, ensuring no deduction from your refund.

International Orders:
- Customers outside the local area are responsible for return shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes.
- Please return the item in its original condition; any damage or loss during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.
Consignment Orders:
- The return process for consignment items requires approval from the product source’s management.
- Guidelines and conditions for returning consignment items are established by the source.

Refund Process:
- Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, the refund process will commence.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Any transaction charges incurred during the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund amounts for items will be determined based on the market value of the watch at the refund time.
